MUST BE BROUGHT IN EITHER THE COUNTY OR CIRCUIT COURT OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA.  THE SAME IS TRUE FOR ANY ACTIONS BROUGHT AGAINST YOU BY Heretic Cow Publishing Company LLC. OR ITS AFFILIATES.   THIS IS A CONTRACTUAL PROVISION THAT MAY NOT BE WAIVED.  ALL OBJECTIONS TO JURISDICTION AND VENUE ARE WAIVED.
